Story
On the 18th of April we sadly lost our son/brother Conor to the the most tragic of circumstances. It is not until you go through something as family that your realise how many other lives have been affected both directly and indirectly to mental health. We have decided to hold a charity GAA football tournament in aid of raising money for the amazing Irish charity Pieta House.
Pieta's vision is a world where suicide, self-harm and stigma have been replaced by hope, self-care and acceptance. By supporting us on the day, you will allow us to try and strive to make this a reality. Pieta House have been able to give hope to over 50,000 people since they first opened their doors in 2006. All of their services (one-to-one counselling, 24 hour helpline, SBLO Service, Training and Education) are provided free of charge. This is only possible because of fund raising events like this one.
Anything big or small would be greatly appreciated and please come along to St Mary's in Bristol on the 11 of September for a day of fun and football. Thanks a million!
