On Saturday 15th September I am running the Kew Gardens 10k in order to support the work of Sat-7,a satellite television and digital media charity based in the Middle East. They deliver inspirational, educational and social wellbeing programmes to local church communities, refugees and displaced children, teachers and families. SAT-7 envision a Middle East and North Africa where all people are empowered with the knowledge, skills, freedom and support to maximize their potential.
