Just before Christmas Hannah's grandfather sadly passed away. He was suffering from Alzheimers, a horrible disease that can cause people to forget. The Alzheimer's Society is an amazing charity that provides support for people suffering from Alzheimer and Dementia, their families and is investing in research to try and put a stop to this horrible disease. Unfortunately, this disease is far too familiar, with many people having someone close to them suffering.
