Story
I have supported Aspire since 2018 by fundraising through swimming the Solent from Portsmouth to Ryde. I was inspired after meeting the amazing Paula Craig who has overcome her life changing injuries and, now, I'd like to get out of my comfort zone and take to the skies dancing the YMCA to raise as much as I can even if I am terrified of flying through the sky at up to 140mph or being hit by a bird! It's becoming real and I'm starting to brick it!
Aspire is an incredible charity that provides practical help to people who have been paralysed by a Spinal Cord Injury. Through its projects and programmes, Aspire offers support to over 50,000 people living with a spinal cord injury in the UK, from newly injured patients in hospital to those many years down the line. This support allows people with a spinal injury to lead fulfilled and independent lives.
Please support me in my crazy endeavour.
Many thanks,
Hannah :)
