So I have agreed to donate my hair to the Little Princess Trust... so that it can be turned into a wig for a little girl or boy who has lost their hair, usually due to cancer.

As many of you know, I absolutely adore my hair and will probably cry when I see it gone. I have agreed to have a minimum of a foot (at least 12 inches!) taken off. I don't think my hair has been that short since I was like 10 (crying inside already). BUT it will go to a fantastic cause. When a child is going through something as scary as cancer, keeping things as normal as possible can be really important. And for lots of little girls and boys that might mean getting their hair back.

It takes around £400 to make a wig so I would also like to raise some money to go towards it. Part of the money the charity raises also goes towards their current cancer research projects.
