Time to relive your youth with an adult sports day.

- Concludes With A Mini Fitness Test.

It’s going to be a mix of fun & fitness.

The event will be going ahead whatever the weather. However, some of the events may need to be altered due to adverse weather conditions. 

Why Alzheimer's Research? 

*****Alzheimer's Research is a cause close to my heart. Sadly, two of my family members currently have been diagnosed with Alzheimers/ Dementia and it is an awful thing to deal with (for both the person and their family). 

I sometimes struggle to know how to help someone with Alzheimers/Dementia. However, by raising money, it feels like I can help in a way to pave the way for research that can help future sufferers of Alzheimers/Dementia and their families.
