Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

On the 13th of December 2016, at 39weeks and 3 days pregnant, we found out that our beautiful, loved, longed for baby, no longer had a heartbeat. Having had a truly perfect pregnancy, with no cause for concern at all, our lives were destroyed in a single moment. The next day, our eldest daughter, Lottie, was born at 16:57pm on the 14th of December 2016, weighing 6lb 3oz. She was completely perfect and should have been born healthy but, for reasons that we still don't understand, she died before she had a chance to live. Words will never be able to adequately convey the pain and the depth of loss that we feel every day that Lottie can't be here with us. She is loved and missed by so many people and just hearing her name brings us joy that you can't begin to imagine.

On the 1st of May 2021, I will be taking part in a tandem skydive in Lottie's memory, in the hope of raising money for SANDS, to continue their research and to help them support other families struggling with the death of a baby. If you are able to donate even £1, it will be appreciated and is for a wonderful cause. Lottie is at the heart of everything we do so please think of her on the 1st of May, I know she will be with me as I make my Leap of Love for her.
