Hello, my name is Hannah Austin and I am doing a 26 mile hike for my mum Sarah Austin. 

Sarah has been diagnosed with stage 2 breast cancer which has been a huge shock to us all. She is an amazing woman, hard-working nurse and the most incredible mum anyone could ask for. She is always there to support everyone no matter who they are or what the circumstance. I am doing this walk in honour of her and everyone else out there who struggles with a story like ours.
