For those of you that know me well I love a good hike more than anyone, but this is going to be a challenge even for me! Myself and 5 others from my work will be hiking 26miles in the Brecon Beacons in the aid of Alzheimer’s. For those of you that don’t already know all three of my grandparents have been diagnosed with Dementia and therefore is a cause really close to my heart, watching the impact it has had on both them and surrounding family. This is a small step in working towards finding a way to make it better for families in the future! Anything small that you can donate will be very much appreciated!
