I'm taking part in Tour de ERUK to raise vital funds for research into epilepsy. Please donate what you can to provide hope for today and help for tomorrow for people living with epilepsy.

While I'm not a cyclist - I have pledged to run the distance between Southampton (my place of work) and ERUK's London office - 80 miles. This is the first leg of the tour - and I hope my legs carry me through!!
