Between July 26th and July 28th I will be cycling 180 miles to raise money for Care of Police Survivors (COPS).

COPS provide support to the families of officers that have lost their lives whilst on duty. The aim of COPS is to offer help and support to families during this difficult time.

For this reason I will be completing the COPS Unity Tour this July. I hope the money I raise will make a small difference to those that have lost a loved one.
