Story

During last summer a close friend of mine was diagnosed with
Hodgkin's Lymphoma an uncommon cancer most prevalent in young people between 15-34 years old and over 60 years old.  The work that The Royal Marsden Cancer Charity have done is nothing short of outstanding and have been a great support. a description of their work is below;

The Royal Marsden Cancer Charity raises money solely to support The Royal Marsden, a world-leading cancer centre. We ensure our nurses, doctors and research teams can provide the very best care and develop life-saving treatments, which are used across the UK and around the world. From funding state-of-the-art equipment and groundbreaking research, to creating the very best patient environments, we will never stop looking for ways to improve
the lives of people affected by cancer.

will be running/ walking  the Challenge Ultra 50km event in the Peak District on the 8th July in support of the Royal Marsden Cancer Charity.  It is roughly the equivalent distance from where I am sitting here at Harper Adams University to Chester. Whilst climbing just over the height of Ben Nevis. Any support would be much appreciated in helping a charity which has not only helped my friend, but could be helping your friend tomorrow.

Thank you

Hamish
