All members of the Hamilton Place community and their family and friends can participate in the Hamilton Place 100 Club to raise funds for our Charitable Foundation.
How does the 100 Club work?
The idea of the 100 Club is to get 100 people or more to raise/donate £100 each or more, by doing a 100 of any activity they can think of during the month of July.
For example, they can run/cycle/swim/climb/walk 100 miles in July or do 100 push ups/sit-ups/chin ups etc or 100 minutes of an exercise a day or bake 100 cakes or meditate for 100 minutes a day or complete a 100 minutes silence a day or sponsor their children to tidy their bedrooms / walk the dog / do their homework 100 times?
This can be done individually, as a practice, as a family and can involve friends, clients and colleagues to reach the chosen target.
