On 28^th July this year we lost our colleague Eddie Sampson to cancer. We will miss Eddie greatly, he worked with us for the last ten years and he will be remembered fondly. For the last seven years we have supported The Institute of Cancer Research, more than ever we are determined to help them in their mission is to discover cures for cancers. As we all know many of us will suffer from some form of cancer in our lives, the good news is that thanks to scientists like the thousands at the ICR more and more are treatable.

The last in our series of fundraising efforts, that has included Shane taking on Iron Man challenges and Philip completing the London Marathon, sees Shane and Philip scale England's highest mountain. On 5th November they will be scaling 3,203 feet to the summit of Scafell Pike in the Lake District
