I am really excited to be working with Islamic Relief  this year again for another amazing cause. This Ramadan I want to raise as much money as I can with YOUR help! To spread the joy of Eid by donating a gift to an orphan or vulnerable child together.

There is a widespread practice to spend more in aiding the poor to enable them also to enjoy and celebrate Eid. One such practice is the exchanging and giving of Eid gifts, also known as Eidi or Eidiya, in particular to children. 

In a Prophetic narration, it is mentioned: Give gifts to one another, you will love each other. (al-Adab al-Mufrad).

Eid gifts generally include new clothing, shoes, toys, chocolates and school equipment.

£10 can provide an Eid gift to one child

£50 can provide Eid gifts to five children

£100 can provide Eid gifts to ten children
