There are an urgent need to provide support for children with diabetes 
due to the increased prevalence of diseases especially diabetes type one 1 among children with type one in Gaza insulin depenetet.HACD(HAIFA ASSOCIATION FOR CHILDREN WITH DIABETES)is  the only one that cares about this marginalized group of children .The dose of insulin needs to be adjusted according to the child activity , food intake and any infection or illness they may be exposed to, otherwise they may flip into hypoglycemic ( very low blood sugar) coma or into Hyperglycemic coma. If uncontrolled, diabetes may cause irreversible damage to the child’s eyes or kidneys. All they need is a devise and strips to test their blood sugar and adjust their insulin dose accordingly. These devices (Glucometers) could potentially be lifesaving and will definitely be life changing for a child in Gaza
