Asalaamualaykum Wa Rahmatullahi Wa Barakatuhu.

We (Hafsah, Safa & Zahra) are raising money for Islamic Shakhsiyah Foundation. The three of us are now ISF Alumnae, yet the school holds a special place in our hearts. 

One of my fondest childhood memories involved delving into history & bringing the Islamic Golden Age back to life as I embarked on weeks of fun-filled model making as part of our annual Inventions Fair.  

As the eldest, I find that I implement the lessons learnt during Halaqahs at ISF even now in University.  The three of us are beyond grateful to our parents to have each been able to spend seven years learning and developing as students at ISF; we wish that all children are able to be given the same opportunity that we were. 

Alhamdulillah as a community we have managed to raise the deposit for a permanent home for our school but there is a long way to go for the purchase.

During the last 10 nights of Ramadan, the ISF community is asking for donations to ‘Buy a Brick’ for the school with each brick valued at £50. We urge you to donate so that we can reach our target of £500 in the last 10 nights. This is a limitless source of ajr as not only will any charity be multiplied equating to that of more than 1000 months if donated on Layla tul Qadr, but it will also be a source of continuous Sadaqah Jariyah insha’allah. 

The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said: "The believer's shade on the Day of Resurrection will be his charity." - Al-Tirmidhi, Hadith 604
