Story

The Supporting Humanity Moon walk / run (10k) and Cycle (16.5 miles) is a night charity movement. Moving through London at night in our bright lights whilst raising money and raising awareness for mental health! every mile we move and every penny we raise will make a difference! As part of Supporting Humanity's work in the bereavement area and growing issues around mental health, the charity is trying to address the gap around bereavement care provision and tackle the stigma around mental health. Supporting Humanity has trained and certified emotional wellbeing support volunteers to assist families following a bereavement and other areas such as domestic violence and addiction.
