Story

The fire fighters of Haden Cross community fire station are raising money for the Fire Fighters charity by climbing the equivalent height of Mount Everest (8848m) on a fire ladder inside the Merry Hill shopping centre outside Debenhams 21st April 2018.

Fire fighters work hard to serve the communities they protect. At times fire fighters will put everything on the line to rescue someone from an emergency. When this happens fire fighters can be injured physically and mentally and if they make the ultimate sacrifice then they leave loved ones behind!

The Fire Fighters charity works to get your fire fighters back to operational duty to protect you and your family. Also if the worst should happen then the Fire Fighters charity is there to help and support the families left behind by fire fighters.

Fire fighters do a very dangerous job all to protect you and the community around you, so please if you can help the fire fighters of Haden Cross fire station raise money for the Fire Fighters charity and keep your fire fighters on the front line.
