We all need something to make us smile! Haddenham Association of Scouts and Guides is proud to present our 6^th Annual Haddenham Scarecrow Festival from 5^th to 21^st June 2021. Always a hugely popular village event - passers-by will be able to follow the Trail and enjoy the Scarecrows whilst walking around Haddenham, keeping to social distancing guidelines.

We are challenging people to use their imagination and creativity to make a Scarecrow using any resources they may have at home or in the loft, garden, shed or garage.

This year, the Scout and Guide Association is inviting donations from Festival participants and spectators towards Florence Nightingale Hospice Charity. The Hospice provides a range of palliative and end-of-life care services to local people who have life-limiting illnesses. This local charity is facing a £1 million shortfall this year due to the impact of Covid-19 on their income. They need to raise £2,740 every single day to run their services at the Hospice, so every penny donated really does count.
