Hello and thank you for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page...

This will be a massive challenge for me as I've never ran anything near this distance before but it's one I can't wait to get stuck into and also raise as much money as possible for my chosen charity, Action for ME.

Myalgic encephalomyelitis (ME) is a long term (chronic) flutuating neurological condition that causes symptoms affecting many body systems and immune systems. Children and adults are affected. Some symptoms include severe and persistent fatique, exhaustion, achy musles, headache, sleep disturbance and problems with concentration. Some make good progress and recover, while others remain ill for a number of years and may not get better.

Having cared for a lady with ME for many years I really would like to help raise funds, I could really see first hand how badly this illness can effect people. Sandra has severe ME and is predominately bed bound. Although I don't help Sandra with her daily tasks now, we remain very good friends.

I would really appreciate if you can donate whatever you can and help me reach my target, anything will count, as yet there is no cure for M.E so lets change this together.
