A group of us decided that for our 50th birthdays we would support a charity rather than throw a big party. Battling age and our weight we decided to do something active. 2 of my friends have had premature babies and I was a premi myself and so when we saw the cycle challenge in support of Genesis Research we knew that was the one for us.I would truely appreciate any help you can give me to encourage me to train but also becase this is for such a wonderful cause.
