Gwil has been working an assistant housekeeper since October 2017. Without the help of Springboard and the wonderfully supportive staff at his workplace, this would not have been possible. Gwil absolutely loves working as part of a team and his employment has improved his self esteem enormously. Our family are so grateful to Springboard and to Arletty Jooron and her staff for all of the help and support that they give to Gwil.

Gwil and I will be walking in memory of our dear Tom, a much loved and forever missed son and brother who died age 5.
