Help us help more cats & kittens locally by supporting us by buying raffle tickets. Cats like Stephen who came in as a stray and needs 2 eye operations as he was born without upper eyelids
Tickets are £1 each and tickets will be recorded for every £1 received. Tickets are also available at our Xmas events.

Terms & Conditions
1. The draw will take place at New Inn Community Hall on
Saturday 11th December 2011 at 3pm. All funds raised will go to Cats
Protection. Registered Charity 203644 (England & Wales) SC037711
(Scotland). Gwent Branch
2. Promoter: Dominic Sullivan, Cats Protection, National Cat Centre, Lewes Road, Chelwood Gate, Haywards Heath, West Sussex RH17 7TT.
3. The raffle is registered under The Gambling Act 2005 with Wealden District Council, Shared Environmental Health Service, Rother District Council, Town Hall, Bexhill on Sea, East Sussex TN39 3JX.
4. This raffle is open to residents of mainland Great Britain only (this excludes Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Channel Islands).
5. The cost of each ticket is £1. For online sales a minimum
sale of £2 (two entries) is required. If you would like to purchase one ticket please get in touch with Gwent Branch.
6. Gift Aid cannot be claimed on the sale of raffle tickets and is in breach of HMRC regulations. Any ticket purchases with Gift Aid added will be cancelled and refunded.
7. Entrants must be 18 or over, if a ticket is sold unknowingly to, on behalf of, or for a person under the age of 18 they will be exempt from the raffle and will forfeit their prize.
8. Raffle tickets will be entered into the draw when the whole payment is received. 9. Tickets are not to be sold on the street or door[1]to-door.
10. Any money received after the arbitrary/closing date (10th
December online / 2.45pm at event) including late entries will be treated as a donation to help fund the work of Cats Protection and will not be refundable or eligible for the draw.
11. Winners will be notified via email or FB message or in
person within three weeks of the draw. A list of winners will also be published on our Gwent website.& FB pages
12. The result of the raffle draw is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
13. For any tickets purchased online, you must ensure you
follow the instructions and tick the box to say we can view your email address. Any payments received where this box isn’t ticked will be treated as general donations because we have no way of contacting you. No responsibility is taken if raffle numbers are sent using an email and not received.
14. Participants purchasing tickets using JustGiving, subject to terms and conditions, will receive emailed ticket numbers within 48
hours if requested.
15. The deadline for entries on the JustGiving site is 10th
December 2022. This is 24 hours prior to the closing date/time to allow time for the entry to be processed.
16. Cats Protection reserves the right to use the winner’s
name for promotional purposes.
17. Donations made not in equal pounds will be rounded down
to the nearest £1 when calculating the number of raffle ticket entries. Eg if you donate £2.80 you will only receive one entry into the draw with the remainder being treated as a donation. 18. Cats Protection respects, and is committed to protecting, your privacy. The personal information you provide will remain private and will only be used for the purposes of the raffle unless you give permission otherwise
