For me local as well as national and international causes are all worthy. This one is local and none of us know who or when we could end up needing help. During COVID walking was a big plus with my friends as 2’s when that was all we could do - then more when allowed. We found places where we live we didn’t know about, sorted the world and laughed. So the Kiltwalk is a target to help others laugh even a little.
