We hope you can help us address Human Trafficking in Nepal.

We are still walking!  For two weeks our volunteers tracked their walking and reached 500 miles.  A great effort!  But now we are going to go the extra mile.......

Over the next 4 weeks our volunteers will continue to walk, trek and hike  to support SASANE's  program to train female trekking guides.

SASANE  is an NGO based in Nepal founded in 2008 with the mission to support and empower women survivors of Human Trafficking and gender based violence. 

SASANE trains female survivors of trafficking as trekking guides.  This approach provides employment opportunities for women and fights trafficking by increasing tourism in high risk rural areas.  The trekking guides also become positive role models for young girls whilst being empowered women themselves..

Even small donations will help train more women to become trekking guides, fight human trafficking and can change the lives of women in Nepal.
