Hi All

I am taking part in the LCW event in Tenby this year to raise funds for garden furniture and equipment for our 3 older adult inpatient wards. This  will enable our service users to safely  and comfortably enjoy the outside space the wards provide. It is so important that they and their loved ones are able to enjoy that time off the ward together, whether just to relax and catch up, or maybe take part in therapeutic activities. 

Initially I was just doing the  the swim 2.4 miles on the Friday night but after much persuasion and the promise of a kebab and chips I am now also  doing the bike ride of 40 miles on the Saturday.
