As many of you know, I'm a nurse. What you may not know is that I'm an Endoscopy Nurse at the Dartmouth General Hospital. This will be my 2nd year participating in Get Up There (GUT). On April 1st I will climb Citadel Hill as many times as I can Get Up There, along with my co-workers and teammates. This year, funds raised will support the purchase of innovative equipment and technology to aid in the detection of pre cancerous and cancerous polyps using artificial intelligence. As an Endoscopy nurse I have the privilege of supporting members of our community through their initial cancer diagnosis, treatment, and post cancer care follow-up, but only if detected early. The alternative to early detection can be devastating. Please help support the DGH and our community by making a donation toward this much needed equipment. No donation is too small.
