Holly and I are taking part in the Gung-Ho 5k which is not only a race but also an inflatable assault course!  I'm used to a 5k run but Holly isn't, so this will be a big challenge for her.

St Christopher's hospice cared for my Mum in the last week of her life and gave her such compassionate care and support to us when we needed it most.  I had no idea that hospices relied purely on donations and I am so grateful they were able to be there for Mum and us at this time.
