Running is extremely dangerous. We know of literally three or four people with serious running-related injuries. A friend of a friend of a friend ran a marathon and both his nipples fell off. Hopefully that won't happen. Hopefully.

On 3 July we will be running a marathon in the Lake District. Please help give us the mental strength to run up and down those hills by sponsoring us. We are raising money for the Motor Neurone Disease Association - an absolutely fantastic organisation.
