Story

Ers 2014 mae nofio #TeamIrfon wedi bod yn casglu arian i Gronfa Gofal Canser Gogledd Cymru i wella gofal canser ar draws Gogledd Cymru. Ar ddydd Sadwrn Fedi 10fed fydda i Gruff (14 oed) o Dremadog yn cymryd rhan yn y nofio elusennol, sef nofio o Bier Biwmares i Bier Bangor, 2 filltir (3,218m) er mwyn codi arian tuag at Ward Alaw. Fydd hyn er cof am mam Siân Elis a gafodd gofal yn Ward Alaw wrth gwffio yn erbyn Cancr. Collodd mam ei frwydr yn Fehefin 2021 ar ôl salwch byr o 14 wythnos.

Since 2014, the #TeamIrfon swim has raised money for the North Wales Cancer Care Fund to help improve cancer care across North Wales. On Saturday September 10th I Gruff (14 yrs old) from Tremadog will be taking part in the charity swim of swimming from Bewmaris Pier to Bangor Pier, a 2 mile (3,218m) to raise money toward Alaw Ward, Ysbyty Gwynedd. This will be in memory of mam Sian Elis who had the care in Ward Alaw whilst fighting against Cancer. My mother lost the battle in June 2021 after a short illness of 14 weeks.
