Dance-athon update:
On Sunday 19th April Gruff, now 11, did a 12-hour dance-athon to raise funds for CLIC Sargent, who urgently need support as they’ve seen a 60% drop in income since lockdown. We’re so grateful for Zoe Ball’s support and all the wonderful messages and donations – thank you!
In September 2014 Gruff, now 7, was diagnosed with a brain tumour. He started chemo very shortly after diagnosis and the tumour is responding well to treatment. He's been incredibly brave, and we're very proud of him, especially when he decided he wanted to write and record a song to raise funds for CLIC Sargent. They have been there to support us the whole way through Gruff's journey so far, in particular providing the wonderful nurse Rhian Prichard, and we're all very grateful to them.

We understand Christmas is an expensive time of year, but it's a great time to be grateful for everything you've got, we know we are! If you could find a way to donate, however small, we know it'd make Gruff happy and help other children diagnosed with cancer.
The song wouldn't have been possible without the help of Rhaglen Dylan Jones, BBC Radio Cymru, and, above all, Gai Toms.
Thank you so much all your help!
Gruff, Anna, Richard, and Ruth.
