Since I have a beard I don't want to shave just so I can join in with Movember. So I thought I would start my own fund raising event.

Grovember is an event that anyone can join in with. All you have to do is not shave for a month.

Bowel cancer is indiscrimate, it affects everyone. As such the event is open to all, male or female. All you have to do is pledge not to shave at all for the month of November (should be easier now it's colder and the small clothes have gone back in the wardrobe!).
