Well hello there!

You know me. I am overweight and lazy. My idea of serious exercise is lifting (large) glasses of pinot grigio to my mouth and trotting to the bar in my heels in time for last orders. On the up-side, I am quite a nice person (some of the time) so I have decided to lose a bit of the flab, do some running and raise funds for a fabulous charity along the way.
