Story
We are hiking for Health + Justice! Hello my name is Gricelda Correa I'm excited to take on the first ever Epic Trail Challenge along side with my partner, Omar Oria! In addition to the physical, mental, and emotional challenge, Im raising money for Santa Rosa Community Health so we can continue to make health care happen for those who most need medical, dental, and mental health services.
Santa Rosa Community Health has been my work-home for the past 10 years and was my medical home when I was a child. We provide culturally respectful and excellent patient centered care
for over 42,000 patients from all different walks of life throughout our 8 campuses. (Thats 1 in 4 Santa Rosans!)

In recent years, our health centers have taken a big hit due to fires, power outages, evacuations and now COVID. Yet regardless of the challenge, we continue to serve our community by providing exceptional care, regardless of their ability to pay! "Every day, we open our doors to care for patients in a way that honors them and meets their health care needs. We welcome everyone with compassion and respect for their culture, language, identity, and values—no matter what."
