12 Marathons in 12 Months

Firstly thanks for visiting my page!

This year I have decided to raise money for Edinburgh’s Children’s Hospital charity.

This is because last year I was unfortunately made aware of the amazing work they do and have continued to do throughout such a tough year.

I am aware of the amazing work they have been doing through the toughest year imaginable.

All charities have suffered this past year with a fall in donations due to Covid 19 and I really feel I want to do all I can to assist this charity.

                           12 in 12!!

314 miles -506km whatever way you put it, it’s going to be tough however I will be breaking this down and accumulating the miles throughout the year.

My plan will be to run a 10k EVERY week for a YEAR!

Without doubt this will be my toughest challenge yet.

The constant running will take its toll on the old legs however just knowing what some kids go through each day will keep me going. I will be mostly doing these runs with my dog Monty and running on a local off-road trail.

I will do my best to keep you all updated throughout the year. Thank you, in advance for any support and donations given.
