This September I am walking the breadth of Nicaragua - from the Pacific Coast to the Atlantic Coast. I am doing so to raise money for two excellent charities, the British Heart Foundation and the Peace and Hope Trust (which works with some of the most impoverished people in the Americas). The walk will take me 140 miles from coast to coast, across the mountains on the west of Nicaragua and through the rainforest of the east. It will be much easer in the knowledge that a lot of people are giving their support.

Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor me: British Heart Foundation will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you. All donations will be split 75% to the British Heart Foundation and 25% to the Peace and Hope Trust. I am not able to feature both charities on this page but the money raised from this page will be added to that raised through the rest of our funding and will then be divided up.
