Story

Completing the London Classics trifecta is no small feat, and I've poured my heart and soul into each event. From the London Marathon's exhilarating runs to the adrenaline-pumping Ride 100 race, and now, taking the plunge in the Serpentine 🏊‍♂️.

On the 16th of September, in London's Hyde Park it all culminates when I'll be proudly collecting the London Classics medal 🏅. Setting these goals has been pivotal – they've been the north star on challenging days, pushing me to dig deeper and go further. It's a reminder that when we set our sights on something, magic happens. Here's to the journey, the challenges, and the unforgettable moments.

I am honoured to be raising awareness and donations for The Connection. They offer a range of specialist services aimed at supporting people through physical and psychological challenges of sleeping rough, while working with them to move off the streets and towards their futures. Whether through housing advice, activity groups, or employment training and volunteering, its thanks to donations that The Connection help more than two-hundred people every day.
