I will be particpating in The Full Taff Cycle Challange on the 1st of September with my team, The Wolfpack, to raise money for the Ty Hafan hospice. The challange is a cycle from Brecon to Cardiff Bay. 

Our team all have a connection to Ty Hafan in some way and the hospice has helped our families and friends with so much in the past. We hope to contribute to others that need the same help that our families and friends have recieved.

We have set a target to raise £1000 as a team, we think that this is very achivable with your help! 

I personally would really appriciate any donation, big or small.
