We empower communities to reduce poverty

Story

Hi to anyone reading this,

I'm off to Rwanda to run a mighty hot and dusty marathon around the streets of their beautiful capital city Kigali. Not sure if you know much about Rwanda but 25 years ago the country was in turmoil and within 100 days almost 800,000 people were murdered. It ripped the country to pieces and they are still trying to rebuild it. And this Marathon is all about peace and helping re build, repair and try and help as much as possible.

I'm running this for Rwanda Aid, they help with the rebuild. To give the people of the super poor southern provences empowerment and sustainability so they can move forward.

***Note***  Every single penny donated goes directly to the charity, not to flight costs and accom etc!!!!

After  the run I'm going to be going south to hobble around some towns and villages and get involved and can't wait to report back and let you knwknwaht this money can and is doing for these people that really have had a horrendous time.

Even £1 and it will be awesome. Thanks :)

Greg
