Story
In support of Amnesty International, Alex Southworth, William Hall and I will be taking on a fundraising challenge to climb higher than Mount Everest up our stairs over 1 week! Everest is 8849m high, so we will need to walk up the stairs 4255 times in total. That's 2233 steps, 1.4 x the Empire State Building each per day...
This is part of our fundraising for taking part in the Dash to Dubrovnik (+Tom Martin), where we will be driving over 2000 miles from Exeter to Dubrovnik, all in a car worth no more than £500!
We are supporting Amnesty International, who do so much great work in investigating and exposing abuses, protecting human rights, and creating a safer, more just world. We are aiming to raise £2400 as a group, so if you can spare some money to donate to our Just Giving page for this great cause we would all really appreciate it! https://www.justgiving.com/fundraising/greg-j-young
You can follow our climb on our Facebook event page where we will be running a live stream for you to enjoy our struggles 🙂 https://fb.me/e/19gB7AgoM
