Story
My fantastic friend Rosie Thompson lost her battle with cervical cancer on 19th September 2010, Great North Run day, just 9 months after being diagnosed. Aside from being the strongest and bravest person I have ever known, Rosie was a vibrant, loving, talented and all round fabulous person. Her loss has left a huge red sparkly hole in countless people's lives. I want to keep running to raise money and awareness in Rosie's memory and to help make cancer a thing of the past. Other people who have inspired me are: grandad, grandma, Angela, Lynn, Elaine, uncle Davy and Andrew. Let's show cancer who's boss!
