Oh no- I've done it again, signed up for the Great North Run this Sunday 1 October. I think this is my penultimate year. This is my sixth time and I'm hoping that this year I won't set a personal worst. I hope to complete in 2hrs 10 which would match my acievement of 1999 when I was 21!!
