My grandad Alan was a lovely, kind and gentle man who unfortunately suffered from mixed dementia (vascular and Alzheimer's) for several years.  It is a really cruel disease which is awful for the sufferer and for everyone close to them.  I want to raise money for Alzheimer's society to help them continue their amazing work helping people manage this disease and one day find a cure. ❤️

I had started training for this a while ago but I had a bit of an incident involving a sheet of plywood and my big toe so I am only just getting back into it  - so wish me luck!
