Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

Eleven members of the Greater Manchester Commercial team are taking part in the Jeff Stelling's March for Men 2017.

Our colleague, Kevin Webber is taking part in the whole 15 days of the walk, visiting 40 football stadiums between Exeter and Newcastle so it's only right we support him whilst he's in the area!

Kevin was diagnosed with advanced and incurable prostate cancer in November 2014. After receiving the life-changing news from his doctor, he put his running shoes on and proceeded to complete marathon after marathon, raising over £20,000. Team Greater Manchester Commercial will cover 3 days of the walk, totalling a combined 254 miles!

Matt will be taking part in day 5 of Jeff's March, walking 21 miles through the potteries with some canal side walking before finishing at Gresty Road, the home of Crewe Alexandra.

Mike (the boss!) will be pulling his weight on Day 6 of the event. Leaving Chester FC, the walking group will stop by Tranmere Rovers, pass through the red of Liverpool at Anfield, before arriving on the blue side of the Mersey at Everton FC's Goodison Park covering 25 miles.

David, Gary, Joanne, Paul, Mark, Steve, Ian, Amanda and Anita are taking part in Day 7 of the walk. Starting at the DW Stadium, day 7 crams in four stadium visits into its 26 miles. Heading East from Wigan, the group will stop by Bolton Wanderers' Macron Stadium, before visiting Old Trafford and finishing at the Ethiad Stadium.

I'm sure we'll be sporting some lovely blisters by the end of our journeys!
