We fund medical equipment and services to give our children the best possible care

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

With your help we hope to raise part of the £150,000 of the appeal target. This appeal is raising money to help the Paediatric Ophthamology Departments of Greater Glasgow and Clyde (covering the neonatal units at Glasgow Children's Hospital, the Princess Royal Maternity Unit and the Royal Alexandra Hospital) to buy special imaging equipment to detect a condition called ROP, which, in the most serious cases can cause premature babies to lose their sight.

Consultant Ophthalomolgist Pedro Gonzalez says "a picture is worth a thousand words and we need to be able to take photos of tiny babies eyes to see if there are any problems".

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving - they'll never sell them on or send unwanted emails.
