I took part in the hottest & wettest Great North Run on record! It’s probably the hardest thing I have ever done but I did it in memory of my beautiful dad who died of Prostate Cancer in 2015.

Prostate cancer affects 1 in 8 men in the UK. That's one dad, partner, brother, son, grandad, uncle or mate. I'm raising money to help fund lifesaving research and support for men and their families affected by prostate cancer. I ticked off another item on my list of “60 things to do when you turn 60”!
