I’ve not really ran since school and even then it was no more than 400m. 

I started running in September 2021 and I’ve set myself the challenge of running 13.2 miles at the great north run in September this year. So far I’ve not ran any further than 8 miles and that was a struggle 

I’ve paid for the entry, travel and kit myself so all funds raised go directly to Prostate Cancer

Consider giving a couple of quid, no amount is too small
