Story

Hi - this is Pete,

Thank you for visiting my fundraising page.

Anna and I are doing the British 10k London run to raise money for Leukaemia CARE, on July 1st 2007.

If you know anyone who has had leukaemia, survived, continued with their stupidly foolhardy occupations as though it had not happened, thankfully disappeared to the far side of the world only to unexpectedly return and occasionally invite you to the pub with totally inadequate notice to fit it into your busy schedule, then please consider donating to this very worthwhile cause.

You will also be welcome to watch the event (starts Hyde Park Corner 9.35am on Saturday July 1st, then via Trafalger Square, Embankment, Tower, Westminster Bridge, finishes Whitehall about 7 hours later!)  Please only throw soft objects, and then please not at the other runners, (some of whom may be olympic champions, worthies or notables).

Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Leukaemia CARE Society will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.

So please sponsor me now!

Many thanks for your support.

Pete
