Granta School is raising money for BBC Children in Need
Story
As you will be aware, Friday 13th November is Children In Need Day. We
are keen to mark this day by raising funds for this important cause.
Last year, the charity supported over 550,000 children and young people affected by poverty, disability, illness, distress or trauma. They also help to ensure that every young person has access to the opportunities they deserve.
At Granta School, we will be taking part in a range of wellbeing activities during the week, in line with the ‘Five to Thrive’ theme that Children in Need are encouraging this year.
We will also be having a ‘Pyjama’ day at Granta on the final
fundraising day and are inviting all our staff and students to come into school on Friday 13th November wearing their pyjamas or a ‘onesie’.
